Recreational
Centre for the Blind in Mündersbach
Surroundings Surrounded by forests on the northern declivity of the
"Westerwald" lies the little town of Mündersbach. 20 km
of laid-out footpaths and good orientation directions
provided along all along the way within the immediate
vicinity are just ideal for use by visually impaired guests.
One sight specially worth seeing is the neighbouring Middle
Age town of Hachenburg. But also excursions to the "Deutsche
Eck" (where the river Mosel falls into the Rhine), the
Westwald Lakes or trips to the Siegerland will make your
stay eventful.
The House "Haus Mündersbach" has 8 single rooms, 11 double rooms
and 3 apartments. All rooms are equipped with shower and WC,
most of them have a balcony. The centre has a lounge with a
stereo set, club room, TV and reading room with TV reader as
well as a ham studio. Guide dogs are welcome
